The video tours from HDHat.com have been wonderful for my business. I recently sold a home in 7 days at an open house. The reason the buyers came through the open house was that they had taken the video tour on my website. In addition, since posting video tours on my listings my website traffic has quadrupled. I just wanted to give you a little feedback on our usage of the HDhat video tour system with our commercial clients. We have been using this service on all of our listings now for quite a few months. I have found that the viseo tours have given us a great competitive advantage in the marketplace as a selling tool as well as a way to close a potential listing presentation.
Friday I began using a new listing presentation on my laptop in which I embedded the video. This way I am able to show the client right in their office what we can do for them. The next thing I showed them was what the syndication of the video does for their property on search engine results. I have before and after shots of a google search showing how their property could be listed in the first page of results for the address. They were very impressed and signed with me on the spot.
Last month I was working with a buyer from Colorado that was looking to purchase a business I had listed. They were amazed at the video tour and really appreciated the fact that they felt like they had been there after viewing it.
I am shooting my own videos now and I get better with each one I do. I like the fact that I can "talk" to the camera as I walk and mention things I want focused on. I can shoot an entire business in 10 minutes now and in a few days have everything together for a slick presentation on the web.
In commercial real estate with having decision makers that are often times hours away, these videos are putting our business ahead of the competition with buyers and sellers alike.

I have used HDhat.com to produce my Property Video Tours for about two years and find the process to be smooth and painless. Just shoot the video on the handy HD Camera, write some copy, (usually a rework of my marketing remarks in the MLS), upload the video by simply plugging it into an USB port and HDhat take from there. They use magic to stabilize the video, add the narration and some music, and voila, a slick video presentation. It's really easy and adds that special punch to your listing, and your listing presentations.
